Chef Grant started over ten years ago as a kitchen manager for a small restaurant chain working himself into a culinary perfectionist for a twenty four million dollar food and beverage establishment. There he worked for a culinary chef who taught him the importance of freshness. Buying Gulf seafood direct from the dock and produce from local farms.
