Sprout Catering

Established in 2015 as a social enterprise to support the efforts of St. Matthew’s House, Sprout Catering provides the freshest food possible to its catering customers in Southwest Florida.

Located at the Port LaBelle Inn & Conference Center, we are blessed with 48 acres of beautiful land, giving us the space to grow our own food on property.

Our vision is to reach as many people as possible in our area with fresh and delicious food.  We’ve partnered with ECHO to help us practice sustainable farming with 63 people receiving agriculture training in 2016.

Our head chef, Jason Boyer, leads our catering kitchen in LaBelle.
